Key responsibilities

·The role will span all elements of the business in procurement but will concentrate in these four areas: 

·Manage a project against a plan and objectives to ensure commitments are met by monitoring, assessing, and resolving variances in budget, timing or quality of work.

·Ability to quickly understand processes, systems and tools to extract and present the relevant data based on business need at the time.

·Specific responsibility for process improvement and issue resolution with some of our key partners managing a unique part of the business.

·Identification of waste from a cost and efficiency perspective and delivering clear innovative measurable results in this area

·Knowledge of the key financial metrics in procurement and in the wider business and develop plans/ strategies to improve these metrics.

Essential requirements

·Master’s in Analytics / Business Information Systems / Supply Chain

·Analytical, data driven approach

·Strong influencing skills

·Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

·Ability to work in intense, every changing environment

·Self-Starter and ability to lead a team

Desirable requirements

·Industry Knowledge

·Supplier management/ contract negotiation/ Continuity of supply management experience

·Proven Project Management Skills

·Executive Presentation skill-set

·Understanding of supply chain systems and processes

·Financial acumen

·Proven negotiation skills
