If you are passionate about computer technology and eager to develop a career in technology sales, Dell is the place to be. Within GCCS (Global Compute & Client Solutions), we are looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager to work as part of our inside sales team based in Cherrywood, Dublin.

Principle Responsibilities

  • Continually improve approaches and methods to selling GCCS portfolio to our Enterprise Customer Base
  • Maintain high quality Revenue and Profit Streams through exceptional relationships with customers
  • Support the coaching and development of more junior team members acting as a role model, coach and team leader in support of assigned Inside Sales Manager & Regional Inside Sales Manager as required
  • Create a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities with a clear business plan to deliver growth objectives within account set and contributing to the overall business plan
  • Work in collaboration with external account manager, solutions consultants and enterprise technologists to ensure that proposed solutions match customer business and technology needs and exceed their expectations
  • Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, outbound calling and marketing activities to generate activity
  • Close sales cycles in Run Rate and Small Bids achieving quotas in Revenue and Margin

Essential Requirements

  • Proven inside sales experience with a track record of over-achieving quota. 3 years +
  • Demonstrable ability to coach, mentor, support and encourage others to learn & develop new skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen to customers, create a great telephone presence and deliver written communications
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Previous experience as a hands on Team Leader with ability to communicate strategic requirements to operational actions
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM

Desirable Requirements

  • Educational Background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree could be an advantage, if in Science, Technology, Engineering
