The primary function of this role is to support all Commercial customers (Direct & Indirect) in a specific online tool set, PremierConnect. The role also includes a matrix management of the technical PremierConnect business in the EMEA center of competence. The role is pivotal in creating a process-driven outcome, driving customer adoption and integrations and building cohesion across the different business Commercial customers (internal and external).
Managing a team of 8-10 people (technical) and ensuring pipeline management for all existing online integration projects.
Daily reporting and driving KPIs (e-rev, e-pen, B2B backlog reduction, project prioritization)
Drive team and matrix team to continue successful customer B2B onboarding and closing open projects.
Project management structuring and presentations to key stakeholders.
Customer facing discussions and meetings (internal and external)
Headcount capacity planning (including the supporting organizations)
Setting key objectives
