Global Business Operations, Business Support and Program Management

Our Global Business Operations team is at the heart enabling the indirect business across Channel, Global Alliances and OEM. A bridge between sales and other functions, we use our expertise to evaluate and implement programs to drive improvements for indirect sales.  Innovative programs that deliver cutting edge results do not run themselves. Program Management within Business Operations ensures programs run seamlessly, from start to finish. Our team manages programs or leads others managing work streams — ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively. With a strong understanding of the business, expected program outcomes and key stakeholders requirements, we oversee the program from concept through implementation to sustain; ensuring our timelines are executed against, escalations are managed and stakeholders are kept well informed. 

Key Responsibilities

• You will play a key role in leading the programs that have been prioritized from forming the program team, defining the scope and timeline for successful deployment and enablement of the change.
• Manage key stakeholder expectations across all levels for program success.
• Successfully drive program outcomes from global concept into regional plans to ensure regional teams have capacity to implement and we have clear call to action and enablement plans developed to realise the ROI for our sales teams (internally and externally)
• Driving communication, understanding and buy-in across all levels of the business to ensure the strategy and goals you have set out can be achieved.
• Leverage quantitative and qualitative analysis (facts and alternative approach) to make decisions and develop actions plans for managing through options and mitigating risks in the program.

Essential Requirements

• Understanding of the Dell EMC business and operational challenges faced by the Channel, OEM and Alliance teams
• Strong negotiating and influencing skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers
• Proven experience in stakeholder mgmt.
• Qualified in Project management.
• Experience working on or leading Business change/ transformational change programmes.
• Customer focused and track record for delivery.

Education and Experience

• 4+ years' experience leading transformational change projects/programmes
• Consultant level typically requires 12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8+ years with a Master’s degree; or 5+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience
