Our customers’ system requirements are usually highly complex. Bringing together hardware and software systems design, Systems Development Engineering operates at the very cutting edge of technology to meet them. We design and develop electronic and electro-mechanical or systems-orientated products, conduct feasibility studies on engineering proposals and prepare installation, operation and maintenance specifications and instructions. We’re proud to deliver programs and products to the highest quality standards, on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth on-boarding of customers into Dell's Connected Configuration offer.
• Manage the supporting customer virtualisation environment.
• Manage the supporting network technology (Telecoms, VLAN's, VPN's, routing etc.)
• Support Customer in configuration of SCCM environment.
• Support customer & production operations if the need arises
• Ensure customer security structures are strictly enforced

Essential Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer facing skills.
• High attention to detail, diligent, conscientious, security focused.
• 8+ Years experience in technical competencies (Virtualisation, Networking, SCCM, Security).
• 4+ Years experience in a technical, senior customer facing role.

Desirable Requirements

• Industry Security Certified
• Experience in manufacturing production operations
• Experience in process engineering
• Experience in Quality engineering
