Innovative projects that deliver cutting edge results do not run themselves. Project and Program Management within Business Support ensure projects run seamlessly, from start to finish. Our team manages projects or leads others managing projects — ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively. We oversee initial plans, set budgets, track project activities and communicate milestones to key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver projects to enable services capability within Dell's supply chain
  • Launch new services capabilities and offerings
  • Ensure good stakeholder alignment across all business functions
  • Meet project commitments of scope, schedule, budget & resources
  • This role will focus primarily on developing systems integration capability within the supply chain


Essential Requirements

  • 8+ years as a project / program manager in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain or IT functions
  • Demonstrated ability leading large regional or global projects across time-zones, cultures internally and with partners
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly & simply on complex items, especially to senior & executive leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to see beyond the issue of the day / issue of the quarter to ensure long term success for the team
  • Demonstrated ability to act as an informal leader, supporting the team's evolution as much as team goals & deliverables.


Desirable Requirements

  • 6+ years Experience in supply chain operations, supplier management, partner on-boarding or IT Systems development
  • 6+ years Experience working directly with customers to enable their technology solutions
