Do you love solving problems, working with the latest technology and engaging with internal and external customers? Within our Support & Deployment Services Team, we are looking for recent graduates to join our  EMEATechnical Support Team in Cork, Ireland.

Key responsibilities

The Global Services Associate Program (GSAP) hires candidates locally and trains them centrally. Successful candidates will undergo a set program which combines classroom and on-the-job training over a two year period. You will play an important role in solving customer’s everyday problems, as well as creating and updating our CRM and Knowledge Base.

This will involve:

  • Collaborating on a daily basis with multiple stakeholders (Engineering, Field Teams, Management) in order to seamlessly resolve complex technical issues.
  • Documenting all issues accurately in our CRM and creating knowledge articles on all new issues.
  • Ongoing training and research to keep up to date with product developments in order to support our customers.
  • Industry Certification and examination will be part of the initial training and encouraged thereafter.

Essential requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline within three years of graduation.
  • A basic working knowledge of Unix and Windows operating systems.
  • Attention to detail plus good administrative, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
  • Excellent communication skills, in both written and verbal English.
  • Customer Service experience of any kind would be advantageous.

Desirable requirements

  • Additional European language advantageous; French, German, Dutch, Italian and Spanish
