Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a thorough understanding of customers’ IT infrastructure, identify customer needs and requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions
• Provide pre-sales technical expertise and technical validation to the Inside and Outside Sales organisation
• Achieve Sales Targets across a defined set of products and services. Demonstrate revenue growth in assigned accounts
• Ensure adequate pipeline coverage by managing larger projects and supporting sales teams to find new opportunities through marketing activities
• Engage cross functional resources across different geographic locations to meet customers’ needs
• Identify cross sell opportunities within existing customer base, build customer relationships by assisting customers in developing business solutions using Dell EMC products and Services
• Enable the Sales organisation through training and coaching

Essential requirements

• Extensive experience working in a sales environment
• Substantial experience in a technical role that shows knowledge of multi-platform hardware and software solutions
• Strong analytical, decision-making and organisational skills
• Excellent written and presentation skills

Desirable but not Essential:

• Industry recognised Technical Qualification such as VCP, MCSE, CCNA or similar
• 3rd level technical qualification in Computer Science or similar
