Dell Technologies Customer Solution Centres (CSC) is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Program Manager in the organization.  The successful candidate will report directly to the Senior Director for Dell Solution Centres in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build awareness programs with the field by preparing the quarterly management report which is shared with the Sales leadership. Also develop a communications plan for top down and ground up messaging to the field.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on the status against CSC business targets &  objectives and any relevant CSC activities that are supported by our Alliance Partners
  • Development of Operational Scorecards and dashboards for EMEA GTM reports.  Develop a mechanism for Field usage reporting and analytics that has high levels of granularity
  • Trend analysis – use analytics toolkits to measure impact of CSC services on revenue and cNPS, customer feedback to PBUs
  • Support forecasting and planning for Capex and Opex budgets.  Manage Opex/Capex requests and external funding for internal and external orders CSC in EMEA including quote creation, financial approvals, order release, order tracking and ensuring orders are expedited when necessary
  • Investigate and implement ways to automate elements of the customer engagement processes from request through to delivery.  Research RPA, Workflow & Analytics technologies as mechanisms for eliminating friction from customer engagements while at the same time increasing the information flow and overall quality of the engagement
  • Work as part of Global CSC PMO, Implementing global learnings / Share best practise

Essential Requirements

  • 7-10  years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Practical experience managing projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality through the duration of the project
  • Working knowledge of industry accepted project management tools, systems and applications
  • Experience leading and participating on cross-functional project teams, including allocating work among team members and providing guidance on a regular basis
  • Proven ability to foster and maintain excellent relationships with team members and groups inside and outside the department
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools

Desirable Requirements

  • Some exposure to working in an IT environment would be an advantage
  • Marketing & Communications Background and/or experience would be an advantage
  • Event Management experience
  • Customer Engagement Experience
