Key Responsibilities

Our Business Operations team within Business Support develops solutions to current and future challenges. We support activities ranging from marketing and manufacturing to maintenance and more. We define scope and objectives based on a thorough understanding of end users, business needs and processes. From analysing, evaluating and documenting requirements through to specifying solutions, we strive to improve processes and maximize potential.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Providing regular communications regarding orders
  •  Clearly communicating root cause on missed SLAs with corrective action plans (properly document and communicated supply-related issues)
  •  Providing proactive information on order status reports - highlight risks and alternatives / options to mitigate risk
  •  Order management through more effective communications directly to not only our internal customers, but  our end customers as well
  •  Partner with the Supply Chain Nerve Center as appropriate.

Essential Requirements

  • Strong customer focus
  • Ability to multi-task and learn new tools
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong skills in cross functional collaboration.
  • General knowledge of order management / scheduling

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience.

Desirable Requirements

  • Program / project management skills
  • Materials management experience
  • Logistics scheduling experience
  • Advanced Microsoft applications skills including PowerPoint and Excel
