Our Outlets

In your role as Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the running of two outlets:
The Coburg Brasserie is our all-day dining experience. With a locally-inspired menu it is suitable for everything from a casual weekend brunch to a more formal business dinner.
Lemuel's Lounge Bar, named after the famous fictional traveler Lemuel Gulliver, offers our Guests an array of unique literature-inspired cocktails, fine food & elegant afternoon teas.


The Job Role

As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be required to:
  • Effectively communicate and delegate tasks to your team
  • Ensure our high Brand Standards are met at all times
  • Manage guest queries & requests effectively
  • Assist with departmental budgeting with a focus on achieving financial targets
  • Actively train and develop your Team – from upselling to bi-annual appraisals
  • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
 


The Candidate

The ideal candidate should:
  • Have previous Food & Beverage experience in a luxury environment
  • Have a positive attitude
  • Be an effective leader
  • Possess excellent organisational skills
  • Be a good communicator
  • Remain calm under pressure
It would also be beneficial if you have previous supervisory experience.
