Senior HR Business Partner in Dublin

What is the opportunity?

As part of the HRBP community, you will play an integral role in the delivery of the people strategy across the Group as we continue on an exciting journey of transformation. By personally acting as a change agent, you will lead and influence organisation design, change and restructuring initiatives that simplify and improve the customer outcome.

*Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contact*


In this role, you will:
  • Guide the client leadership team, drawing on business understanding and HR expertise to influence and support decision making to strengthen their leadership capability.
  • Drive talent management, by working with leaders to ensure robust talent succession, talent acquisition, development and retention plans, and solutions are in place and being actively led.
  • Drive data driven decision making ensuring that business leaders are using key people metrics to support the delivery of their strategy and initiatives.
  • Support in the successful conclusion of industrial relation/employee relations issues as they arise.
  • Leverage HR Centres of Expertise to meet the strategic needs of the divisions and ensure the delivery of quality HR services to the businesses.

What will make you stand out?

You are an accomplished HR professional with significant relevant experience in a strategic HR role.

You have demonstrable experience in a Senior HR Business Partner role, successfully influencing and informing key business decisions and driving change. You are a strategic problem solver with excellent business discernment and an ability to understand the needs of the business and use HR thought leadership to develop and deliver solutions.

You have excellent communication skills with confirmed ability to influence both internally and externally at the highest levels, demonstrating emotional intelligence, resilience and independence.

You have developed coaching skills and the ability to provide professional advice and act as a 'sounding board' for business leaders.
