Purpose of the Role

This role is key in contributing to the team's success by supporting the development of the Business customer base.

The focus is on handling a portfolio of existing customer relationships and be the first point of contact for all new opportunities. You will also proactively grow market share by increasing our volume of new to bank customers.

Key Accountabilities
  • Find opportunities both within the existing customer base and external marketplace, building a strong pipeline of business opportunities and developing positive relationships with both customers and colleagues.
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience with each interaction.
  • Identifying and coordinate events for business customers to support networking opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively within your team, actively contributing to achieve county targets.

Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum Competency Code (MCC) applies to this role therefore QFA is the required qualification.

  • Proven record experience in delivering commercial success, with networking and business development.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Detailed understanding of credit risks & business risks across sectors.
  • Strong customer focus and shown dedication to improving customer experience.
