Bank of Ireland are delighted to be hiring a Senior Business Analyst to join our Group Change division!
There are a number of large scale transformation programmes under way in this area currently and our team is expanding to cater for the needs of these programmes. We also ensure that the knowledge gained on these projects is retained within Bank of Ireland.

Who are WeGroup Change is responsible for end-to-end delivery of change across Bank of Ireland's services. This function works closely with Bank of Ireland collaborators to shape and deliver change and enables the Bank to evolve its delivery capability to suit best how it serves Bank of Ireland customers.

What is the opportunity?As a Senior Business Analyst in Bank of Ireland, your contribution will be key to any project. You must work with the business to define requirements and to facilitate the design of business and technology solutions that best support the achievement of customer goals. The Business Analyst will have the opportunity to liaise with technical and test teams to ensure the final design will meet the business' needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a multi-vendor change delivery team running large and complex programmes across both legacy and new estates. Projects often involve significant complexities including regulatory requirements, complex legacy infrastructure, multiple business units, IT security considerations and critical service introduction activity.
