Working with Simpson Travel, In2action are looking for organised and passionate childcare workers to lead a childcare team and programme throughout the season. Childcare Team Leaders will form part of the team and will be customer facing, delivering activities to children aged up to 35 months and youngsters aged 3 to 11.
On offer to customers are first class Crèche facilities providing a great environment for children to use during their holiday. Each day will have a different theme to it and structured craft activities, story time and messy play linked to each theme. Also on offer are activity sessions where older children can meet and engage with their peers through professionally-led activities.
The Team Leader's role will also include organising the weekly activity programme and performance managing the team, and the general running and hygiene of the childcare facilities. You will also have a key role in liaising with guests to ensure their complete satisfaction with the childcare programme, and with management teams to ensure the childcare facilities are performing to the best of their ability.
