How is StudentJob different from other Job Portals where I can post jobs?
StudentJob specialises in finding the best students who best match your post. This will ensure you’ve got the best, most efficient people working for your company. You can gain quick and easy access to a new generation across Ireland. Moreover, students can see vacancies in Google Search results, meaning that your posts are visible to a much larger audience. Please see more information about us in the ‘About Us’ section at the top of the homepage. -
Who can reply to my job offers?
Every registered candidate can respond to vacancies that employers post. However, this does not mean you will receive irrelevant responses, as results are filtered depending on the applicants' credentials and qualifications. -
What is the least amount of vacancies that I can post per week/month/year?
You can post as many or few vacancies as you like. -
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order on your Company Page. -
Can I post a non-paid vacancy ?
Yes, it is legal to advertise unpaid/voluntary work, but, depending on the nature of the arrangement that is in place, once the individual takes up the advertised post, you could fall short of the legislation made on the National Minimum Wage (NMW). But, ultimately, it is up to you and the employee to enter into an agreement whereby the work is in fact voluntary. -
How do I place my vacancies?
Once you have registered, you can choose from one of the services. After submission, the vacancy will be checked by a member of our team, then the vacancy will be posted immediately. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail of your submission along with possible advertisement opportunities for that vacancy. Click here to place a vacancy -
