You as the Finance intern will be a member of the Cork Finance Group which is a team of approx 100 people.

The position is a supportive role assisting in the various departments within Finance including General ledger, VAT, Global General ledger & Administration.

The role will offer the you the opportunity to experience working in a dynamic team and a large multinational company.

• The assistance and support of statutory & tax compliance for the EMEA region
• Preparation of statistical returns
• Assistance in the preparation of the financial analytics
• Support of intercompany reconciliations and monthly close process
• Accumulate information for the preparation of the indirect tax compliance & provide required information for VAT audits
• Managing the incoming & outgoing paperwork flow & contract administration

• Keen interest in Accounting
• Focused self-driven person who can work on own initiative and as part of a wider team
• Excellent verbal & communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office package
• High energy and can-do attitude
