We’re tasked with getting products quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively to Dell customers. We work in partnership with fulfillment and logistics providers to ensure a visible service to our supply chain and smooth delivery services to end users.

Key Responsibilities

• Dive and facilitate the current relationship between Dell and the 3rd party team manufacturing team

• Facilitate daily governance call with all parties  to review business goals with the ARB team

• Partners with GDO and Business Development teams to assist them in achieving their high standard KPI’s; works very closely with Internal teams like ARB Engineering, Finance, Regulatory, Compliance, logistics, Global Procurement, Inventory Control and Customer Care to ensure a fluent manufacturing process

• As costs are a big part of any organisation, the successful candidate will drive Cost Per Box and ARB spend to maximize recoveries for Dell Outlet

• Quality is paramount to the success of Global Dell Outlet, ensuring quality goals are adhered to drive corrective actions where issues arise

• Ensure invoices are raised, and payment to our 3rd parties is completed on time; assists the 3rd party with their strategic planning of returns and the procurement of parts for the re-manufacturing process

• Keeps leadership teams updated on all ARB KPI’s

Essential Requirements

• Logistics and Fulfillment Operations experience, preferably returns / refurbishment operations experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Previous experience in managing 3rd party suppliers
• Strong understanding of the Markets in order to advise GDO on best practices

Desirable Requirements

• Previous experience with Ariba
• extensive knowledhe of the IT secort
