Our Business Operations team within Business Support develops solutions to current and future challenges. We support activities ranging from marketing and manufacturing to maintenance and more. We define scope and objectives based on a thorough understanding of end users, business needs and processes. From analyzing, evaluating and documenting requirements through to specifying solutions, we strive to improve processes and maximize potential.
Key Responsibilities

• Represent Finance Shared Services in all customer master data management-related work
• negotiate requirements and provide approvals
• provide updates to FSS leadership team and regional teams as necessary
• conduit to business leads within FSS to validate processes, align testing; regional team alignment as necessary
• participate on predictive past due project where applicable
• Co-represent FSS (along with order mgmt. role) on Sales Front End project to migrate to a Unified Sales Platform; ensuring alignment
• need to drive significant improvement in the way customer data is transmitted, validated, de-duplicated, and aligned to processes like collections, credit, invoicing, etc. 
• ensure FSS type data interfaced to front office to enable sales (customer, aging, credit limit, collector, etc.)
• participate in relevant steering committees, workshops, as applicable

Essential Requirements

• ability to create and own Project Vision Documents
• ability to create, read, and edit process flows
• ability to communicate and negotiate business requirements & solutions
• ability to set up a test plan to applicable requirements
• ability to use TFS for testing, user stories, etc.

Desirable Requirements

• background in Finance Shared Services processes and/or projects
• 10 years experience in project management & execution
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
