Project/Prog Mgmt Consultant - Services CSG

Location: EMEA - all locations (Ireland, France, Germany, Ireland, Slovakia)

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading programmes to directly drive services revenue and margin growth with the CSG Support Services portfolio.
  • Streamline activities to support services sales teams.
  • Managing and reporting on the total growth, revenue and margin for the product portfolio.
  • Measures and analyses existing service offers for opportunities to innovate and improve including developing required growth or exit strategies.
  • The role is also focused on supporting SDS projects and operational tasks aimed at improving customer experience and NPS scores.
  • Identifying business stakeholders, holding business requirement gathering sessions.

Essential Requirements

  • Relevant knowledge and experience around channel go-to-market ecosystem is an advantage
  • Ability to systematically break down complex topics and quickly assimilate new information
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills balanced with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach
  • Ability to build business plans and prioritize in complex and highly matrixed environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to multi-task and adapt quickly to changing market needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (staff, management, customers, prospects)
