Key responsibilities

DellEMC hires candidates locally and trains them centrally. Successful candidates will undergo a set program which combines classroom and on-the-job training, resulting in an industry-recognised certification. You will play an important role in solving customer’s everyday problems, as well as creating and updating our CRM and Knowledge Base.

This will involve:

  • Collaborating on a daily basis with multiple stakeholders (Engineering, Field Teams, Management) in order to seamlessly resolve complex technical issues.
  • Documenting all issues accurately in our CRM and creating knowledge articles on all new issues.
  • Ongoing training and research to keep up to date with product developments, in order to support our customers.
  • Industry Certification and examination will be part of the initial training and encouraged thereafter.

Essential requirements

  • Experience & aptitude in a technical discipline (EG computing, business information systems, development)
  • A basic working knowledge of Unix and Windows operating systems.
  • Attention to detail plus good administrative, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
  • Excellent communication skills, in both written and verbal English (Primarily Telephone-based role)
  • Customer Service experience of any kind would be advantageous.

Desirable requirements

  • Additional European language advantageous but not necessary; French, German, Dutch, Italian and Spanish
