As part of our Front Office Team you will be acting as the face of the hotel and be responsible for ensuring our guests' stays both begin & end in excellence.

The Job Role
In your role as Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for:
Providing a warm welcome to all of our Guests
Assisting Guests with their luggage
Providing a flawless Check-In & Check-Out
Answer any phone queries in a professional & well-informed manner
Making & adjusting Guest reservations
Assisting with any Guest requests, from offering restaurant suggestions to booking tours
The ideal candidate should:
Have experience as in a customer-facing role
Have an authentic passion for hospitality and an eagerness to make Guests' stays perfect
Possess excellent communication & organisational skills
Have impeccable grooming standards
It would also be advantageous if you:
Have previous Front Office Agent Experience
Have worked in a luxury hotel before
- Full UK/EU driving license preferred
- Car Preferred
