Role Overview

In addition to core responsibilities of an account manager the successful applicant must be an Advocate for the Dell Technologies Advantage, through conversational solution selling across our strategically aligned businesses (SAB) to ensure a full solution based approach with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Works with customers/partners in complex business environments to devise new and innovative solutions to business challenges
  • Advanced level sales representative, contributing beyond self, sought out by others
  • Viewed as a trusted business advisor to the customer/partner and uses in-depth knowledge of company technology, products and services to help customers/partners formulate strategy and direction
  • Utilizes strategic probing to identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative business solutions

Essential Requirements

The successful individual, will be accountable for the relationship with some of Ireland's largest customers and must be excellent in:

  • communication, account planning, strategic management, building and executing relationships with virtual team members

Desirable Requirements

  • It would be beneficial to have customer facing experience and experience in webinars/web-ex's
