Business Manager – Services Sales Operations Consultant (I9)

Within the Support & Deployment Services Sales Operations & Programmes Team (SPOTs), we are looking for a Business Manager  to join our team in EMEA

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the EMEA Services Organization (S&DS)
  • Respond to S&DS Executive asks for analysis of the business as a whole.
  • Provide overall business insights and underlying factors of performance
  • Manage the S&DS BMS at an overall and regional level for the organization: Build executive level communications to provide insight into performance & corrective actions as required
  • Proactively & reactively highlight positive & negative trends – Identifying gaps & opportunities to improve, working with PLMs to support with key actions
  • Support Services Sales with regional QBR insight & high level reporting
  • Provide PLM’s & Services Sales Leadership with detailed gap analysis when required
  • Drive strategic and high priority/profile projects as required
  • Prioritize data asks to the Global Reporting Team and help produce ad hoc reporting as needed to support the overall health of the business
  • Serve as the POC for all organizational tools & reporting needs - You will drive requirements for new tools development by attending tools and reporting discussions to represent the needs of EMEA S&DS.

Essential requirements

  • A highly motivated self starter with strong experience in business analysis and understanding of sales behaviours & marketing programs
  • Strong understanding of the sales process
  • Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong financial acumen and decision making capability
  • Ability to influence at the executive level and build strong working relationships

Desirable requirements:

  • Exposure at the executive level
  • Organized and able to plan & manage projects
  • Deep understanding of services customers and market place
  • Deep understanding of Dell systems, data & proficient in data/insight delivery
