Within the Support & Deployment Services Sales Operations & Programmes Team (SPOTs), we are looking for a Territory Programme Mgr.  to join our team in EMEA

This position will develop, manage and drive the Support & Deployment Services (S&DS) business management system (BMS), planning and attainment activities for Western Europe (WER).  KPIs will include Services revenue, margin, penetration rate, attach rate & growth

Key Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for providing territory specific input into portfolio strategy discussions & product launch/sustaining activities.  You will also be engaging in and managing a number of strategic projects and initiatives aligned to the overall objectives of the organization  The role reports to the EMEA S&DS Sales Programs and Operations Director.

Business Performance Management

  • Create quarterly performance plans for Western Europe
  • Provide weekly territory performance reviews & action plans
  • Participate in territory Ops reviews & QBRs providing data as needed
  • Provide strategic insights to support business innovation & mid/long-term planning

GTM/Attainment

  • Analyze territory performance & underlying factors to understand key drivers of performance
  • Provide strategic insights to support tactical business recovery planning
  • With the support of the Services LoB PLMs you will create plans for GTM and execution to drive BMS performance (revenue, margin, attach rate & pen rate)
  • Execute SPIFFs, contests, campaigns & awareness activities for their segment
  • Analyze segment WOB to BOB performance and drive improvements
  • With the support of the S&DS Business Manager you will provide segment attach/performance analysis in support of S&DS exec queries & support product level analysis as needed
  • Assist in Territory focused training and evangelism
  • Provide guidance to territory marketing and CoC teams

Territory SME

  • You will be a territory expert and participate or provide input into portfolio/offer planning & analysis for WER Services Organisation
  • You will collaborate with the S&DS CoC to provide input into new service launch plans including sales motion development, launch materials, messaging, training & ramp plans.
  • You will participate and drive in region GTM strategy & planning initatives for core and services sales
  • With the supot of S&DS L&D you will be responsible for driving new hire training within your regions and ensureing that Services Sales take part in QBT in a timley fashion

Essential Requirements

The role requires exceptional data analysis, communication and executive presentation skills.  It requires strength in dealing with ambiguity and multi-tasking abilities.  Excellent interpersonal skills are a given, as is the ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders in different operational areas and at the executive level. 

The ideal candidate will travel to several F2F territory SMT meetings per quarter.
