Training Officer - Conrad Dublin

We have awonderful opportunity for an energetic and guest focused hospitalityprofessional at the Conrad Hotel, Dublin - part of the luxury division of theinternationally acclaimed Hilton Worldwide Hotel chain

What will I be doing?

This roleis vital to the success of our team so you will work closely with the Directorof Human Resources and the Heads of Department in identifying and providingtraining to team members to deliver a luxury guest experience

• Provide quality training to internal customers
• Assist in coordinating and administering all internal and external training
• Prepare, administer and conduct in-house training courses i.e. new hire orientation, our Guest service philosophy – Stay Inspired. As well as a service recovery process – Dedicated to Excellence
• Administrate our online learning through Hilton University

What are we looking for?

To successfullyfill this role, you must maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and valuesthat follow:

• Previous four star deluxe or five star hospitality experience
• Exceptional communication and people skills
• Excellent grooming standards
• Strong organisational skills
• Positive attitude  and self motivated
• Attention to detail
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work as part of a team

While nota pre-requisite the following would be an advantage:

• Training experience
• Supervisor role in hospitality
