What are you going to do:
To Provide quality Customer Service to our customers on multiple lines of business responding to telephone calls, email and other contact methods to resolve Customer Service queries and incidents and to document, track and monitor issues ensuring a timely resolution
Provide oversight, control and supervision of the Out of Hours cover line team across part time shifts
